on the boatOur family has been enjoying Conesus Lake by boat and car for years.  We recently purchased this house to enjoy vacations with our family and rent out when we are too busy to come down for the week or the weekend.  We look forward t o sharing our home with you and your family so you can create your own vacation memories.

 If you are not familiar with Conesus Lake, there are so many wonderful things to do both on the lake and within a short driving distance.... Conesus Lake has a surface area of 3,420 acres; it is about 9 miles long and nearly 1.5 miles wide at the widest point with a maximum depth of about 65 feet.  It is the perfect size for a safe, fun family vacation.

Our house is located in Geneseo, NY on West Lake Road.  Within just a 10 minute drive you will find shopping, churches, restaurants and the great college of SUNY Geneseo.

  • Swimming
  • Fishing (small mouth, largemouth, walleyes, Northern Pike, Chain Pickerel, Rock Bass and lots of  fun panfish from the dock for the kids)
  • Sailing
  • Boating (boat rentals available at Mark's Leisure Time Marine and Smith Boys Marine on the East Side of the Lake)
  • Waterskiing
  • Tubing
  • Ice fishing
  • Enjoying one of the parks on the lake, such as Vitale Park on the North End or Long Point Park on the West Side (just down the road from the house..beach and lifeguards for swimming)
  • Driving by car or boat to the  Conesus Inn Restaurant or Beachcomber Restaurant
  • Various Livingston County Attractions such as:
    • Go karts, mini-golf, batting cages, soft play system, ice cream parlor & restaurant.  Minnehan's in Lakeville (just 5 minutes away)

    • Movie Theater

    • Nor-Mar Ostrich Farm in Caledonia
    • Golf at one of the  many area courses
    • Deer Run Winery less than a mile down the road
