School Year Rental
September 3, 2012 (Labor Day) to approximately May 23, 2013-School Year ONLY.
$895+utilities per month. Lease and application required.  3 people, 3 cars maximum.
Internet and/or cable available for an additional cost.

Summer Weekly rental check-in no earlier than 3:00pm.  Checkout by 10:00am
Seasonal weekly rentals require a $300 booking deposit and a $100 cleaning deposit (to be paid at check in) which will be returned if unit is in broom clean condition and not damaged. Deposit - $50 processing fee is refundable prior to 60 days of rental date.  After that, deposit will not be refunded.
