Summer 2010 Weekly Rental Rates
Off-peak:  $1200/wk  June 1-27    Peak:  $1350/wk (July and August)  Not available from July 3-9.
Additional nights added to weekly rentals subject to availability $200/night.
Maximum 6 people for weekly rentals.  3 Cars Max.
No fee for boat dockage in season.   21' power boat, 24' pontoon boat maximum.

September 2010 to May 2011-School Year
$875+utilities per month. Lease and application required.  3 people, 3 cars maximum.
Cable and internet available.



Weekly rental check-in no earlier than 3:00pm.  Checkout by 10:00am
Seasonal weekly rentals require a $300 booking deposit and a $100 cleaning deposit (to be paid at check in) which will be returned if unit is in broom clean condition and not damaged. Deposit - $50 processing fee is refundable prior to 60 days of rental date.  After that, deposit will not be refunded.
