Weekly Rental Rates-Through September 2008
September 1-September 30, 2008   $800/week

Maximum 6 people for weekly rentals.
No fee for boat dockage in season.   21' boat maximum.

Monthly Rental Rates--Beginning October 1, 2008  (Possible availability beginning September 1)
October 1,  2008 -May 22, 2009 $975/month + heat/electric furnished (lease and 1 month security deposit required).  Rent includes water, cable, internet, garbage and sewer.
Maximum 3 people for monthly rentals.
Rent without Cable and Internet will be $895/month + heat/electric  (lease and 1 month security deposit required).

Weekly rental check-in no earlier than 3:00pm.  Checkout by 10:00am
Month to month rental or lease will require a 1 month security deposit and rental application.
Seasonal weekly rentals require a $300 booking deposit and a $100 cleaning deposit (to be paid at check in) which will be returned if unit is in broom clean condition and not damaged. Deposit - $50 processing fee is refundable prior to 60 days of rental date.  After that, deposit will not be refunded.
